What are your support hours?

Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm Central Time. After-hours emergency support is available for managed services clients.

How do I submit a support request?

Call us at (507) 607-4911, email support@deepvalleytech.com, or submit a ticket through the client portal. Whichever is easiest for you.

Will I talk to the same person each time?

With a two-person team, yes. Brian and Jeremiah know your systems and your history. No explaining your setup from scratch every time you call.

Do you support Macs?

Yes. We support Windows, macOS, and common business applications on both platforms.
